My Story

The journey that brought me here — and why helping people feel seen became the work I was meant to do.

The little boy with the pen

Before I ever stood on a stage, I was already imagining one. As a child, I would tape a pen to my cheek like a microphone, dance around the room and picture an audience watching. I thought I was practising performing. Looking back, I think I was practising being seen.

Finding the Stage

Performance, travel and learning how to hold a room.

Losing Myself

Success on the outside while becoming increasingly disconnected underneath.

Starting Again

Returning to the UK with two suitcases, $200 and no clear plan.

The Work I Was Meant to Do

Turning everything I had lived through into a space where other people could feel safe, seen and supported.

Everything led me here.

Today, I bring together therapy, coaching, communication and lived experience to help people understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.
