Go beyond managing the symptoms.

Understand what’s driving the pattern.

RTTĀ® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a powerful hypnotherapy-based approach designed to help uncover the beliefs, emotional associations and patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel and behave.

Sessions are held online via Google Meet or Zoom, so you can attend from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable, safe space.

Rather than simply focusing on the surface-level symptom, we explore what may be happening underneath, so you can begin to understand why the pattern developed and work towards creating a more helpful response.

Break the habit, take back control

Sometimes knowing better doesn’t make you feel better.

You may already know that the fear is irrational.
But your body still reacts.

You know you ā€œshouldā€ feel confident.
But the doubt still shows up.

You understand the habit isn’t helping.
But you still find yourself doing it.

You know where the stress comes from.
But knowing hasn’t changed the response.

That’s because many of our patterns aren’t driven by logic alone. They can be shaped by beliefs, associations and emotional learning that sit beneath our conscious thinking.

RTTĀ® gives us a way to explore those deeper patterns and begin working with them directly.

And yet the response still happens.

The symptom is the signal, not the whole story.

What is RTTĀ® therapy?

Rapid Transformational TherapyĀ® (RTTĀ®) is a unique therapeutic method that blends the best of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Neuroscience to uncover the root cause of life’s most persistent issues and help create life-changing breakthroughs, sometimes in as little as one session.

During the RTTĀ® session itself, we will use hypnosis to access the subconscious mind to locate the root cause of the presenting issue that you want to work on, reframe it, remove the blocks and install powerful new beliefs to allow you to live the life you truly deserve.

I trained personally with Marisa Peer, the creator of RTTĀ® and so have experienced first-hand the incredible results this type of therapy can create.

How quickly will I see results?

There are three main ways people tend to experience change:

  • Instantly — this is what we all hope for: a noticeable shift straight after the first RTTĀ® session.

  • Cumulatively — sometimes the mind needs time to integrate the change. Little by little, you begin to notice things shifting. For more complex issues, working through different layers can sometimes take longer.

  • Retroactively — one day you suddenly realise the issue simply isn’t showing up in the same way anymore, and you hadn’t even noticed the change happening.

Many issues can be addressed in a single RTTĀ® session. More complex or long-standing issues may benefit from multiple sessions, which we can discuss as part of your treatment plan.

Can you help me with my issue?

Schedule your 45-minute RTTĀ® Discovery & Consultation Call.

This consultation is designed to help us understand what you’d like to change, how it’s affecting you, and whether I’m the right practitioner to support you.

My main areas of focus are:

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Public speaking and performance anxiety

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Fears, habits and unhelpful patterns

During the call, we’ll explore the issue in more detail, look at possible root causes and contributing factors, clarify the outcome you’d like to achieve, and decide whether RTTĀ® and one of my programmes are an appropriate fit.

If you’re dealing with a more complex clinical or medically diagnosed mental-health condition, I’ll assess suitability carefully. In some cases, another practitioner or form of support may be more appropriate.

When I may not be the right therapist

RTTĀ® is not suitable for everyone, and part of my role is making sure the work is appropriate for you.

I’m currently unable to work with clients who have epilepsy, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, another psychotic disorder, or dissociative identity disorder (DID).

There may also be other medical or mental-health conditions where I need further information, or where approval from your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or another healthcare professional may be appropriate before we begin.

If I feel your needs fall outside my current scope of practice, I’ll be open with you and, where possible, help point you towards a more appropriate source of support.

RTTĀ® is not a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and prescribed medication or treatment should not be stopped or changed without speaking to the relevant healthcare professional first.
